News from Mrs. Johnson's Panda's
Welcome to Mrs. Johnson's first grade class. This is going to be an exciting year learning with our Five Senses, exploring reading, writing, math, science, history, music, and P.E. A heart felt thanks goes to all of you for donating the different items you donated to our classroom. We are going to start our reading groups this Monday, Sept.12 from 9 am to 10:30 am Monday - Thursday. I will be needing parent volunteers to help out with activity. I will also be needing parent volunteers to help out with extra reading groups. If you can help out please let me know ASAP. Spelling tests are every Friday. A spelling list goes out every Monday please help your child study for the test on Friday. We also have Math test, P.E., and Show and Tell on Friday. Please make sure your child wears the approprite shoes for P.E. If you need to contact me at any time about your child you can through email, sjohnson@graniteschools.org, or send a note to me in the students Homework Folder. I am availabe any time after school at 3:30-4:00. Thank you Parents for all your help and for your children.
